REVIEW - Compliance officers use the browser-based SECCAS Compliance Manager to review all archived correspondence for which they are responsible.
- Secure Accounts - Unique log-ins permit access to assigned mailboxes only.
- Flexible Interface - Messages may be filtered by type of message and sorted by date, subject or sender or randomized to facilitate review of a random sampling.
- Review Record - Time, date, reviewer ID and reviewer comments are automatically recorded. Percent of mail reviewed is clearly visible.
- Keyword Message Scoring - Messages are automatically scored for relevance based on a client maintained keyword list.
- Keyword Search - Search by custom search term or keyword. Add new words as you work.
ARCHIVE - Electronic communications are automatically captured.
- On-line Archive - Correspondence is available through an SSL connection for review in the SECCAS Compliance Manager for 30 days (longer time optional), after which time it is written to WORM media to limit customer exposure and meet duplication and third-party access requirements.
- Permanent Archive - The permanent archive written to WORM contains all messaging, compliance officer supervision track, index and a digitally signed numeric hash of all data to ensure the integrity of the archive volume.
STORE - WORM archive is delivered to the designated company recipient and a duplicate is stored in SECCAS's off-site secure storage facility for up to 7 years. Barcode tracking of WORM archive assures accurate record-keeping and retrieval.
RETRIEVE - Archive discs will be retrieved for authorized requests for specific action.
